ABOUT THIS ITEM:
This product includes Cineplex admission certificates that can be used for standard movie tickets at Cineplex theatres across Canada. These certificates can be redeemed online or in person and are valid for regular movie admissions, with the specific redemption value depending on the certificate type selected.
CERTIFICATE TYPES:
Admit One Certificate:
Valid for one general admission ticket to a regular 2D movie screening. This certificate can be used toward standard movie tickets at Cineplex theatres. Additional fees may apply for premium formats such as IMAX, UltraAVX, 3D, D-Box, or VIP.
Classic Escape Certificate:
This certificate includes movie admission plus a concession benefit such as a regular popcorn. It works similarly to the Admit One certificate but includes added value that can be applied toward concessions during your theatre visit.
HOW TO REDEEM:
Certificates can be redeemed in two ways:
Online:
- Go to cineplex.com or use the Cineplex mobile app
- Select your movie, showtime, and theatre
- At checkout, choose “Promotional Code / Gift Card”
- Enter the certificate code
- Complete your purchase and receive your ticket digitally
In-theatre:
- Present the certificate code at the box office or self-serve kiosks
- Use it toward your ticket (and concessions if applicable)
IMPORTANT NOTES!
#1: There is a purchase limit of 10 tickets per person, per week. Please do not attempt to circumvent this.
#2: These are physical tickets currently being stocked at EAVancouver. If you are ordering from a location where picking up is not feasible, please select "Pick up at EA Vancouver Company Store" and email EACanadaCompanyStoreExperience@ea.com with your order number and we can email the codes to you to claim online.
